Dr. James H. Cook received his medical degree at Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine), and completed an internal medicine internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a Neurology residency at Temple University Hospital, both in Philadelphia. He completed a fellowship in Movement Disorders at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.
He is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is a member of the Movement Disorder Society and the American Academy of Neurology.
