How to check in for your appointment on Doxy.me

Use a device that has a camera and microphone. Open your web browser:

PC and Mac Chrome, Firefox, Safari
Android Chrome
iPhone/iPad Safari

Type your doctor’s Doxy.me web address into the browser:

Type in your name and click Check In:

Allow Doxy.me to use your camera and microphone:

You’re done! Your doctor will start your visit shortly.

Tips for a successful visit

  • Have a good internet connection
  • Restart your device before the visit
  • Use the “Pre-Call Test” button in the waiting room
