Dr. Harris earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1984.

After completing an internship in internal medicine, he then pursued his neurology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology. Since completing his neurology training at Columbia, Dr. Harris has been practicing with Abington Neurological Associates since 1989. He is board certified in Neurology, with subspecialty board certifications in Clinical Neurophysiology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Dr. Harris serves as Associate Director of the Abington Neurosciences Institute. He is also medical director of the Abington Balance Center and the Abington Multiple Sclerosis Center.

The Multiple Sclerosis Center

The Multiple Sclerosis Center in Warminster is dedicated to helping Philadelphia area patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) live well by providing them with comprehensive and coordinated MS care. At the center, they organize MS treatment, rehabilitation and maintenance into a multidisciplinary program.
